Highlighting the company’s continued commitment to global motorsport, Nissan will enter the all-new GT-R into the premium Japanese motorsport series, SUPER GT.

SUPER GT

2008 marks the return of GT-R to racing, following the transition from the R34 model to the Z five years ago. Continuing from last year, Mr. Kunihiko Kakimoto will be the General Manager for all Nissan related teams, and the NISMO Team Manager will be Mr. Yoshitaka Iijima.

NISMO will give technical support and car development support to teams entering the NISSAN GT-R in SUPER GT. As a part of the Nissan team group, NISMO, HASEMI MOTORSPORT, TEAM IMPUL, and KONDO RACING will enter the GT500 class with a total of five NISSAN GT-Rs.

The 2008 NISSAN GT-R has been developed with the following areas of focus:
1. Reducing parts weight, lowering the center of gravity and optimizing weight distribution to improve handling and vehicle dynamics
2. Using the aerodynamics of the new NISSAN GT-R to decrease drag and increase down-force
3. Increased power and improved efficiency from the VK45 engine

When I could have my AMEX Credit Card?

From: http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/reward-schemes/diamond-club/diamond-club-partners/bmi-credit-card.aspx

* The Premium card now carries a bigger miles bonus - 24,000 miles instead of 20,000 miles for the basic card

* Card still run by MBNA

* Earnings rates and ’spend £250 in 90 days’ unchanged

* Premium card comes with automatic ‘Blue Plus’ status in Diamond Club

* Fee for Premium card remains at £60

* The basic card has 0% interest for 3 months on all purchases - so no need to pay your bill for 3 months! No such benefit on the Premium card.

The key thing for those of us with the existing cards is:

a) whether we can keep them or whether MBNA will make us switch to the Amex by removing DC miles earning from the Mastercard (Joanna?)

b) whether there will be a mileage bribe for switching to the Amex, which I imagine is more lucrative for MBNA because of higher Amex merchant fees

Recently, I traveled extensively on China Southern domestically and internationally as a NW plat. Here are some highlights for my wonderful experiences on China Southern.

    * If you are traveling out of their main operation bases, such as CAN, PEK, WUH, URC, Skyteam Elite and Elite Plus on board will be listed on SPIL, the Special Passenger Information List. Even if you sit in economy, during boarding or after taking off, FA will come to you, introduce herself and give you a welcome drink. There is a lot of personal attention during flight. I asked a FA once and she said the company asked them to treat ST E+ like VIP (some kind of high level governor).

    * If your flight is longer than 6 hours, the seat next to you (ST E+) will be locked automatically if the flight is not sold out. So be sure to provide your FFP# in advance. I found this does not always work. However, there is no problem to ask check in agent to lock the seat next to you at the airport (assuming agent is CZ staff not from third party). And, I have no problem to get seat locked in domestic flights (<2 hr).

    * If your aircraft is parked on remote bay, there are VIP shuttle dedicated for first/biz class passengers and ST elites in CAN/PEK/SZX and other operation bases.

I did read some bad comment for CZ from this forum. But my experience is much better than my expectation. I never got such personal attention on NW/CO/DL/KE/AF/KL if I sit in Y. If you are complaining CZ, please be patient. They are definitely improving!

Mitsubishi has given up the goods on what last week we referred to as the Lancer Sportback, but will go by the name of Prototype-S when it debuts this March at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show. The car itself is basically a production version of the Concept-Sportback that debuted at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show, and Mitsubishi hints in its press release that the 5-door hatchback Lancer is destined for the European market.

Some details revealed that we didn’t know last week include that the Prototype-S is powered by the same 2.0L turbo four-cylinder MIVEC engine that debuted earlier this month in the Lancer Ralliart. It produces 235 horsepower and 253 ft-lbs. of torque, which is routed through Mitsubishi’s Twin Clutch SST transmission and sent to all four wheels via a full-time 4WD system using the automaker’s Active Center Differential. The Prototype-S, therefore, is basically a hatchback body wrapped around the mechanicals of the Lancer Ralliart, a car with which we’re already smitten. Add the practically of a fifth door and more cargo capacity, and we’d be looking to tussle with a Mazdaspeed3 or Caliber SRT-4 on our way home from the grocery store. Sure, those higher horsepower cars might beat us in a straight line, but eventually the curves will come.

[Source: Mitsubishi]

Mitsubishi Motors to show Prototype-S sports hatchback concept at 2008 Geneva Show

Tokyo, January 28, 2008 - Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is to give the Prototype-S concept for a sports hatchback its global debut at the 78th Geneva International Motor Show which runs from March 4 through March 16 at the Geneva Palexpo exhibition and conference complex (opening to the general public on March 6.)

Deriving from MMC’s sport sedan family, which includes the Lancer (named the Galant Fortis on the Japanese market) launched in 2007 and the Lancer Ralliart announced at the 2008 Detroit Motors Show and the Lancer Evolution (Lancer Evolution X in Japan) premiered at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show, Prototype-S takes the form of a hatchback - a very popular body type in European markets.

Distinguished by the inverted-slant nose with trapezoidal grille front fascia that marks Mitsubishi Motors new design identity and with wide-and-low proportions that leave no doubt as to the concept underlying its design, Prototype-S uses exterior lines to craft a shape that is powerful and sporty even by European standards, echoing the acclaimed 2005 Concept-Sportback show car.

In its mechanical specification Prototype-S is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder DOHC MIVEC*1 intercooler / turbocharger engine [developing maxima of 177 kW (240 PS) and 343 Nm (35 kg-m)] mated to Mitsubishi Motors’s high-efficiency Twin Clutch SST automated manual transmission that marries fun-to-drive control with outstanding fuel efficiency. The full-time 4WD driveline features Mitsubishi Motors’ Active Center Differential (ACD) that uses an electronically controlled multi-plate hydraulic clutch to optimally tailor front/rear drive torque split to different driving conditions and deliver the best balance between steering response and traction.

Enclosed is GARMIN Mobile XT 14-day experience trail promotion in Taiwan, WM platform is not available for trial yet, currently is S60 and UIQ for trail. It is new version, 4.10.60. (I had removed basemap & Taiwan detail map in the pack)

I have no those platforms, I can’t tell you anything or whether JetMouse’s кεygεn work for it or not. But, GARMIN announce it, it need IMEI code to unlock software, you can try it.

However, I saw Thai, Chinese, and Unicode font in the pack, English_American voice also included. There also have vehicle icons in vehicle directory (GARMIN nuvi can change vehicle icon).
If you are interested it, try it and share us your experience, all vehicle icons also attached. I believe those feature should apply to coming WM platformz.

Installation instruction:
=================
1. Copy Garmin, private,Resource, sys and system directory to your memory card
2. Insert your memory card into handset
