Where is Pinyin Input Method?

I just got Blackberry 8700c free days ago.
right now i have some problems
the new rom os 4.5 for 8700 it did not support Pinyin Input Method
it make me crazy~~ i guess blackberry do not know pinyin input is so important for Chinese.
